OPEN POSITION: Finish Carpenter - Commercial
This is skilled carpentry position for work in the construction, alteration, maintenance, and repair of commercial structures. Responsible for providing skill and knowledge in carpentry work for the repair, alteration, maintenance, construction, and installation of all types of commercial structures. Projects are received in writing and orally and include drawings and blue prints for construction and alteration projects. Work is performed under the general direction of a Foreman or Project Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications.
- Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure.
- Install, cabinets, partitions, bathroom accessories, doors, door hardware and windows.
